Sub Division C comprised of 106 new housing blocks to provide housing for BHP Billitons next expansion. MPS were the major contractor on site completing all groundworks in relation to services and blocking in readiness for prefabricated housing from Selector, Kookabura.

MPS complexed all housing, provided stairs and landings, deckings, infill, constructed carports, patios and sheds. All civil, building, electrical plumbing, air conditioning and fencing was completed under MPS’s contract. MPS installed swimming pools in some of the leadership houses.
